Would just like to say hello to everyone, got back from my month long dig. If anyone in baglan is intrested i'm going to be doing quite a lot of running, as i've generally only been mattocking and shovelling for a month (although i did lose a stone). Can't wait for the first friendly, see you guys in training tomorrow!!!

Welcome back Langford, it will be good to see you in training tomorrow. I hope a number of others will return too. The more that turn up the easier it is for me to see what level people are at. It also makes training more interesting for everyone else.
Can you make sure you catch up on all th eother issues posted on website in last 5 days ? There is a lot of stuff from the AGM, new kit, season start date etc which affects you as a player.
