On thursday night in training we will hopefully be doing a bleep test to check everybody s fitness, this will be repeated just before the season starts to see who has been training and who has nt.
It will be Phil s first training sesssion he will be attending so I am sure everybody will want to impress in the test and during training

I would say as long as everyone does at least 10 or 11. A in P.E. at gcse

Awww man i miss all the fun stuff in training. It's rubbish living so far away.
However I will conduct my own bleep test sometime soon and let you know how i got off.
Can you post everyones bleep tests results on here when you have done it so we can see where we are in relation to other people ?
Also it will be good to see when you do it the second time to see who has been training hard and improved their score.
Top idea !
