I am now training three times a week to get my fitness levels up,it will be four hopefully.
I have also drastically cut down my alcohol consumption,Stella's profits dropping with hopefully my waistline shrinking.I am also eating far more healthily.
Has anybody else started training harder ready for next season?
I know Aled and Scott are now training twice a week.
